Samantha Minich – Owner

Samantha Minich teaches Mat Pilates, Bootcamp, and HIIT classes. She is trained in Balanced Body Mat Pilates Levels 1–3 and is a Certified Group Fitness Instructor through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Samantha founded She Shop with the goal of bringing women together to create a safe, welcoming space to move their bodies and connect with others in the community. As a coffee fanatic herself, she knew a community coffee bar had to be part of the experience — creating an environment where clients can build strength, confidence, and meaningful connections both in and outside of class.

Catharina (Cat) Daffre- Manager

Cat teaches Mat Pilates and Bootcamp at She Shop Fitness Studio and is certified through ACE and BASI Mat Pilates. She began her fitness journey with Samantha over 10 years ago at Purdue University and has been a vital part of the studio ever since — supporting all aspects from teaching and admin to day-to-day management. Cat brings the energy and spice to every class she leads! She lives in the neighborhood with her husband and two dogs and is also a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) specializing in dermatology.

Tyr Chase-Operations Assistant & Instructor

Tyr is a certified yoga instructor who completed her training in downtown Indianapolis and is also trained in BASI Mat Pilates. She enjoys teaching a variety of class styles including Restore, Slow Flow, Power Yoga, and Pilates, and loves incorporating unique elements such as sound baths and specialty events into her offerings. In addition to teaching, Tyr plays an integral role in supporting daily studio operations and helping create a welcoming, supportive environment for our She Shop community.

Fabiana (Fabi) Alceste- Instructor

Fabi is a certified Zumba instructor who grew up formally training in dance styles including ballet, jazz, and hip-hop, while also dancing salsa, merengue, bachata, and other styles throughout her upbringing in Miami, FL. She continued her passion for movement by practicing Zumba while living in New York City during graduate school and is now excited to bring that same energy to She Shop Fitness Studio in Indianapolis. In addition to Zumba, Fabi teaches HIIT and Bootcamp classes. She lives in the neighborhood and is also a professor, bringing both expertise and enthusiasm to every class in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Abigail Hartman – Yoga Instructor

Abigail is a certified yoga instructor who teaches Slow Flow and Yin Yoga at She Shop Fitness Studio. She believes yoga is for every body and every season of life. Her classes focus on mindful movement, breathwork, and cultivating balance both on and off the mat. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, restored, and empowered after every session.

Danielle Andrews – Bootcamp Instructor & Mommy and Minis

Danielle is a seasoned group fitness instructor who’s passionate about helping people on their fitness journey. With over 20 years of teaching experience and a lifelong love of movement rooted in her dance background and minor in dance education. Danielle is a certified personal trainer and works with clients of all abilities and seasons of life. As a former triathlete and marathoner, Danielle coached endurance athletes to help them stay healthy and meet their goals. She loves teaching HIIT, Strength, and Bootcamp classes. As a wife and mom of four, she understands the demands of a busy life and believes fitness should be empowering, efficient, and something you actually enjoy. Danielle brings her energy, as well as her love of fitness and people into every class. You will find her classes welcoming, motivating, and ready to meet you where you are while still pushing you to be your best. Danielle’s goal is that you leave her class feeling more confident and stronger mentally and physically.

Alasia Richardson – Pilates Instructor

Alasia is a certified Pilates instructor through Balanced Bodies and professional dancer with a passion for helping others feel strong, confident, and energized through movement. With a background in Exercise Science and years of teaching experience, she brings a blend of athletic focus and uplifting energy to every class. Whether you’re building your foundation or deepening your practice, Alasia’s ultimate goal is to create a space where you can move with confidence and feel your best!

Shea Stewart- Instructor

Shea teaches HIIT and Bootcamp classes that challenge you while still feeling doable. Expect clear coaching, plenty of options, and workouts designed to fit your life—not take it over. Shea also subs yoga, so mobility and recovery are always part of the plan. Outside the gym, you’ll find Shea staying active (pickleball, paddleboarding, long walks with her dog, Dean Bean) or doing something creative. She believes consistency matters more than perfection—and showing up counts!

Maribeth Mckinzie- Bootcamp Instructor

Maribeth is an ACE-certified Group Fitness Instructor and Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist who believes fitness should feel empowering, inclusive, and fun!

Audrey Wuest-Marketing

Audrey works behind the scenes at She Shop Fitness Studio supporting our marketing and communications efforts. From creating our emails and advertisements to promoting studio events and community initiatives, she plays an important role in helping us connect with and grow our She Shop community. You’ll often see Audrey at events and in classes capturing content and supporting the overall studio experience.
