YOGA
Yogi Queens
Yogi Queens is our signature yoga offering at She Shop, featuring Vinyasa, Slow Flow, and Yin—each taught as its own class to support your body in different ways.
Whether you’re looking to build heat, move with intention, or fully unwind, there’s a class for you. All levels are welcome, and each experience is rooted in breath, movement, and connection.
- Vinyasa: A dynamic, breath-driven flow that links movement with breath. Expect a steady pace, creative sequencing, and opportunities to build strength, balance, and mobility. This class will leave you feeling energized, strong, and grounded.
- Slow Flow: A more intentional, slower-paced flow that allows you to move with control and awareness. You’ll hold poses longer, focus on alignment, and connect deeply to your breath. Perfect for building strength while moving mindfully.
- Yin: A deeply restorative class focused on long-held stretches to target connective tissue, improve flexibility, and release tension. Expect a calm, quiet environment designed to help you slow down, reset, and recharge both physically and mentally.

Strength Training
She Strength Bootcamp
She Strength Bootcamp is a high-energy, bootcamp-style class focused on building strength and endurance through heavy weight lifting. You’ll rotate through stations using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, battle ropes, plyo boxes, and TRX straps to target different muscle groups with intense, focused exercises. This class is designed to push your limits, increase your power, and improve overall fitness in a motivating, upbeat environment.

HIIT
Sweat Sesh HIIT: Our Signature Class!
Sweat Sesh is a high-energy workout that gets your heart pumping and your body moving to the beat of the music! This dynamic class combines bodyweight cardio exercises with strength-building free weight moves, delivering a full-body workout that challenges your endurance and power. Whether you’re looking to burn calories, build muscle, or simply boost your mood, Sweat Sesh will leave you feeling stronger, more energized, and ready to take on the day!

Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates
This class blends classical Pilates movements with the use of supportive props to create a low-impact, full-body workout. Focused on building core strength, flexibility, and stability, you’ll move through slow, controlled exercises that enhance posture and balance. This is not a HIIT-style Pilates class — perfect for all fitness levels seeking intentional movement.
Pilates Sculpt
Pilates Sculpt
Pilates Sculpt is a full-body, low-impact burn that combines core work, bridging, side-lying series, and light cardio bursts to build strength and endurance.
You’ll move through multiple positions—from supine to side-lying to all fours—keeping the workout dynamic while staying controlled and intentional.

Cardio Dance
Cardio Club
A high-energy dance cardio class offering two styles: Zumba and Hip-Hop Dance Cardio. Learn routines that build over time so you can feel confident, have fun, and get a great workout.
It’s a dance party that strengthens your body while having a blast! No dance experience required—just bring your energy and let the rhythm move you!

Mommy & Me
Mamas & Minis
In our Mamas and Minis strength class, you and your little one can bond while moving! This low-impact, strength workout focuses on gentle exercises that help moms regain core stability, strength, and flexibility. It’s a great way to incorporate fitness into your routine while nurturing that special connection with your mini. Plus, it’s a wonderful opportunity to meet other moms and share this joyful journey together! Class is open to all ages.

Active Aging Strength and Balance
Strength and Balance-Coming April 2026
This class is designed for women looking to improve strength, balance, and mobility in a safe, supportive environment. Led by a licensed Physical Therapist, you’ll move through gentle seated and standing exercises that support fall prevention, posture, and everyday functional movement. Perfect for all ability levels seeking to stay active, steady, and independent. This is a low-impact class.
