Yes- we have a 12-hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations and no-shows result in a $10 charge. If it is an emergency or illness please email hello@sheshopfitness.com. If you are a classpass user you will need to directly contact classpass.
Yes- we share the parking lot with the other two businesses. You can park in any open spot. There is also free residential parking all around our studio!
Yes! We do supply mats, but you are also welcome to bring your own.
We require you to change into a clean, indoor pair of sneakers for shoe-based classes! Grippy socks are recommended for yoga and piliates based classes (or barefoot). Other than that, we provide all equipment. Please bring your own water bottle (we have water refills at the studio)
We lock doors after 5 minutes to decrease distractions and to ensure safety during workouts!
Not at all! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels. Instructors provide modifications and progressions throughout class so you can meet your body where it’s at each day.
We require a 30-day notice to cancel contracted memberships. There is a contract breaking fee if you have purchased a year contract. Email hello@sheshopfitness.com to cancel ongoing membership with a 30-day notice.
Yes! We host private classes for bachelorette parties, birthdays, corporate wellness events, team-building, etc. Email us at hello@sheshopfitness.com for pricing and availability.

Our instructors are here to guide you every step of the way-you don’t have to figure it out alone! All classes are modifiable for where you are in your fitness journey.

Low Impact Options:

  • Mat pilates
  • slow flow yoga
  • yin yoga (restorative)
  • Vinyasa
  • beginner mat pilates (THURS 12pm)
  • Bootcamps (midday bootcamps get more 1:1 help!)

High Impact (HIIT)

  • This class is modifiable. It is an upbeat, fun class with music! You can take breaks whenever you need. It’s a mat based class. Can do with only body weight as well.
