You’ll rotate through stations using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, battle ropes, plyo boxes, and TRX straps to target different muscle groups with intense, focused exercises. Active Aging (65+) Strength and Balance

Strength and Balance-Coming April 2026

This class is designed for adults 65+ looking to improve strength, balance, and mobility in a safe, supportive environment. Led by a licensed Physical Therapist, you’ll move through gentle seated and standing exercises that support fall prevention, posture, and everyday functional movement. Perfect for all ability levels seeking to stay active, steady, and independent.
